45-minute class to strengthen the core and buttocks. Using weights, resistance bands or your own body weight. Simple, effective training – targeted and suitable for every fitness level.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a 60-minute full-body workout using your own body weight or weights. Also possible as HIIT. Ideal for strengthening and burning fat. Beginners welcome – train mindfully and at your own pace.

Classic Boxing

Classic Boxing takes place twice a week mixed with our 90 minute Muay Thai / kickboxing training. 

 

You have the choice of learning either classic boxing or kickboxing techniques (Muay Thai) as well as endurance and strength training on a boxing bag and "one to one" training with the instructor. 

 

For all fitness levels - no previous knowledge necessary.

75–90 minutes of Thai/Kickboxing training with real Muay Thai technique. Strength, endurance and cardio on the punching bag and with practice pads.

Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon)

Metabolic Conditioning is a 60-minute full-body workout with interval, strength, and resistance exercises. High calorie consumption and metabolic boost. Intensive but suitable for beginners – train at your own pace and with adjusted weights.

Circuit Training combines cardio and strength exercises at short, intense intervals with breaks. It increases endurance and strength and burns many calories in a short time. For all fitness levels – intense and effective.

TRX® suspension training strengthens the whole body with exercises using only your own body weight. Promotes core stability, posture and figure. Intensity is customizable – effective, functional and suitable for all levels.

SCHEDULE

From 7 - 12 years

Kids Kickboxing is a fun 60-minute workout that combines kickboxing techniques and strength exercises and is suitable for children. It is taught and practiced together on punching bags and on training pads, both individually and in partner work. Kickboxing improves cardiovascular function, coordination, strength and flexibility as well as self-discipline, respect and self-confidence.

SCHEDULE

From 13 - 17 years

Teens Thai Boxing is a 60-minute cardio, strength and endurance training with Thai boxing techniques on the punching bag and training pads as well as individual training with the trainer. It is a training/fitness class that also teaches self-discipline and respect. Thai boxing improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens muscles, improves motor skills and coordination.

For advanced ...

In the Thai boxing course for advanced students, sparring techniques are learned and practiced in addition to regular training. The advanced training lasts 75 minutes.
