d) Member administration / contract data

As a Ffitness or martial artsCombat Sports customer, we also collect contract data (e.g. address, date of birth, payment details, training statistics) for the purpose of executing and processing the contractual relationship.
Where necessary, we may also collect health or fitness data (e.g. pre-existing conditions) if you voluntarily provide this information to us – this is subject to special data protection requirements.

e) Use of third-party services

• Booking/appointment software/management systems: We may use external systems (e.g. Eversports or similar) to organizse courses, bookings and member administration. The data collected there is processed in accordance with the data protection regulations of the respective provider.
• Social networks/plugins: Our website may contain social media icons or links (e.g. Instagram, Facebook). If you click on them, you will leave our website and the data protection practices of the respective platform will apply.
• Analysis & tracking: We may use web analysis services (such as Google Analytics or others) to evaluate user behaviour. If such tools process personal data, this will only be done with your consent or to the extent permitted by law.
• Payment providers / payment processors: For online payments, we work with payment service providers (e.g. credit card providers, payment service providers). Your payment details will be passed on to these service providers to the extent necessary for processing.
