We strive to offer options and realistic goals that take individual differences into account. We offer modifications for all fitness and experience levels (i.e. we demonstrate easy and more difficult options).

This includes, among other things, the certification, training and development of our trainers and instructors. We constantly strive to keep up to date with the latest research and exercise techniques that which are essential for conducting effective and safe courses.

We work within the scope of our knowledge and abilities. If necessary, refer participants to professionals with appropriate training and expertise that goes beyond your our expertise (e.g. in case of injuries, after surgery, before and after childbirth, etc.).
